Mr. Irwin G. Bunnell,
Dear Irwin:- I am just on the train ready to go to the boat. Don't be surprised if you don't get a letter for three weeks or a month, because I expect to be on the boat from 8 to 12 days.
It is quite a bit below zero in St. John here this morning. It sure is cold.
Well I haven't had time to write much so I will close until I get to Eng. Don't worry because I sure feel fine.
